A non-refundable deposit is required to begin pre-production on large-scale projects. This fee covers early administrative and design work, as well as secures your spot on our production calendar. The deposit will be applied to your final balance.
Payment of this deposit serves as confirmation to move forward with your order, with the remaining balance (via ACH) due within two weeks unless otherwise agreed in writing. All projects are subject to our Terms & Conditions, including non-refundable materials, labor scheduling, and production policies.
